You may want to purchase an additional SecureMag™, to have as a spare or to replace a missing SecureMag™. It can be used to boost the magnetic field needed for thicker sweaters or jackets with shoulder padding. In this case, the SecureMag™ may be adhered to the shoulder rest magnet or to the MagBase Strip's foward magnet. The SecureMag™ weighs 0.3 oz.
